Bin Zhang　Managing Director

	Mr. Zhang founded UMPay in 2004 and has been the Company’s Managing Director since then. Mr. Zhang the Managing Director since he founded UMPay in 2004. Prior to joining UMPay, he worked for Nortel Networks from 2000-2004. From 1998-2000, he was a senior manager at Microsoft and Texas Instruments in the United States. Mr. Zhang graduated from Beijing Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1994 and holds an MBA from the University of Illinois.

Ben Li　Deputy General Manager

	Mr. Li joined UMPay in 2004 as the Deputy General Manager, in charge of business developments, business operations, and product planning of the company. Before working with UMPay, he had worked as a senior manager with Jitong Communications Corporation Limited, Nortel Networks (China) and the CRC Network Company. Mr. Li obtained his Bachelor of Science degree from Beijing Institute of Technology in 1995, and later was conferred an EMBA degree by Peking University.

Hu Meng　Deputy General Manager

	Mr. Meng joined UMPay in February 2006, and has 12 years sales and managerial experiences in the financial and electronic payment sector. During his past professional career, he has worked as a senior manager for ICBC, the Asia Pacific Headquarter of Schlumberger Sema Group, First Data Group and other multinational corporations. He was director of China Region in eGLOBAL company. Mr. Meng graduated from Tsinghua University in 1995 with a degree in Electronic Engineering and further completed an MBA degree at Peking University.

Fenghai Wu　Deputy General Manager

	Mr. Wu joined UMPay in 2004 as the Deputy General Manager. Before that he had worked as the Senior Manager for Beijing Bosheng Technology Development Corp Ltd, and GCTech Co., Ltd. He also had working experience in the Telecommunication and Information Industry Bureau of Hunan Province. Mr. Wu majored in Information and Communication Engineering at Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications and later received his master’s degree in Software Engineering from China Academy of Sciences in 2003.

Min Ni　Deputy General Manager

	Ms. Ni joined UMPay in 2004 as the Deputy General Manager with her professional experiences for 14years in human resources, administration and business management. Previously she had 10 years working experience with China International Intellectech Corporation, mainly responsible for providing human resources services to foreign companies operating in China. She also had worked with Victoria -- a new scientific technology development company as a senior manager. Ms. Ni holds an MBA from the University of Illinois, Chicago.

Lixing Fu　General Manager Assistant

	Mr. Fu joined UMPay as the General Manager Assistant. Before that, he was a senior manager at a third-party payment company- Smartpay. He had also worked for the Beijing Branch of China Mobile, responsible for the promotion of business operations and the Mobile Information System Integration Project. Mr.Fu graduated from Tianjin University of Finance and Economics with a bachelor's degree in Economics.

Yanan Fang　General Manager for Risk Management

	Mr. Fang joined UMPay as the General Manager for Risk Management. Before that, he had worked with Smartpay Shanghai as the Vice President and with Guangdong Ezpay as the General Manager. Mr. Fang has very rich experiences in the fields of software system development, leadership development, and large-scale management software applications. Since 1999, he had been actively involved in the development and construction of telephone / cell phone betting system for China Welfare Lottery in more than 10 provinces. Mr. Fang graduated from Xi’an Jiao Tong University with a Ph.D. degree in Management Science and Engineering. Before his doctoral research, he had received his master's degree in Computer Science.

Rong Huang　Marketing Director

	Ms. Huang joined UMPay in 2005. She has rich experiences in market planning and customer relationship maintenance. Before UMPay, she worked for Powerise, in charge of staff training, customer relations maintenance. As the Marketing Director for UMPay she is fully responsible for the company’s marketing planning and management, implementations of client development strategy, customer development. She is also responsible for public relations and PR crisis management of the company. Ms. Huang majored in Computer Application and Technology and graduated from China University of Geosciences.
